These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Photo247. By creating an account, uploading content, or browsing the site, you agree to these terms.
2. Accounts & eligibility
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to use the service.
3. Your content
You retain copyright to photos and profile content you upload. You grant Photo247 a non-exclusive licence to host, display, resize, and promote your content on the platform and in marketing for the service. You confirm you have the rights to upload the material and that it does not infringe third-party rights.
4. Acceptable use
Do not upload illegal, hateful, harassing, deceptive, or sexually exploitative material. Do not scrape the site, attempt to bypass security, spam users, or misuse personal data obtained through the platform. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.
5. Bookings & payments
Booking and payment features may be introduced in later phases. Any future commercial terms will be shown before you confirm a transaction.
6. Disclaimer & liability
Photo247 is provided on an “as is” basis during development. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, Photo247 is not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, or disputes between users.
